1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Anton Yatsenko, Zamarstynivska St. 76a, Lviv 79019, Ukraine ("Rondeo", "we", "us"). They apply to the Rondeo mobile app for iOS and Android (the "App"), Season Pro, and the website at rondeoapp.com. By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the App and make purchases.

2. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for organizing padel events for yourself, your group or your club, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from. We may update the App from time to time to add, change or remove features, fix bugs or meet legal and store requirements.

3. Free features and Season Pro

The free version includes unlimited single events with up to 40 players, every share image, the fairness report, and one season of up to three committed events, and one saved event template.

Season Pro adds features such as unlimited seasons, unlimited committed events per season, more saved event templates, CSV export and group branding on share images. The current list and prices are shown in the App before you buy. Season Pro is offered as:

• Monthly or annual subscription, renewing automatically at the end of each period. The annual plan may include a free trial for new subscribers, as shown in the App.
• Lifetime, a one-time purchase that unlocks Season Pro for as long as we offer the App, including Season Pro features we add later. It does not include separate products we may offer in the future, such as a plan for clubs.

Season Pro is linked to the Apple ID or Google account used to buy it. Use Restore purchases in the App to unlock it on a new phone or after reinstalling.

4. Billing, cancellation and refunds

• Payment. Apple or Google charge your store account when you confirm the purchase. Prices include taxes where the store requires it and may vary by country.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial. If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Cancel. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings → Purchases → Manage subscription in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; Season Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Price changes. If we change a subscription price, the store will tell you in advance and, where the law or the store requires it, ask for your agreement.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue them ourselves. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
• EU withdrawal right. When you buy digital content or a subscription that starts immediately, you may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once delivery begins, if you agreed to that at checkout. The store explains this when you buy.

5. Your data and backups

Rondeo has no accounts. Your players, events, scores and seasons are stored on your device, and the App keeps automatic backups there too. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot restore data that is lost with your phone, by deleting the App, or by a failed device transfer. You are responsible for keeping backups. The App lets you export a backup file to a place of your choice, and we recommend doing that regularly.

6. Your content and other players

You keep all rights to the information you enter in the App, such as player names, groups, results and logos. You are responsible for it. In particular:

• Only enter other people's names, and share images or files that show their names and results, if you are allowed to and they are comfortable with it.
• Only upload logos and names you have the right to use.
• Do not use the App to store or share content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes other people's rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• bypass or tamper with purchases, the free limits or other technical protections;
• resell, rent or sublicense the App or Season Pro;
• use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms the App, us or other people.

8. Schedules, results and play

Rondeo generates rotations, schedules, standings and season tables from the settings and scores you enter. We work hard to make them fair and correct, but they are tools to help you organize, not official rankings. Check results before relying on them for prizes, fees, bets or league decisions. We are not responsible for disputes between players about pairings, scores or standings.

Padel is a physical activity with a risk of injury. You and your players take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for the safety of your events, your venue booking and following your club's rules. Rondeo does not supervise play.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on services from Apple, Google (including Firebase) and RevenueCat, and lets you share content to other apps such as WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. "Padel", "Americano" and "Mexicano" are the names of formats of play and are used descriptively.

10. Our intellectual property

The App, the website, the Rondeo name and logo, and their design and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than the license in section 2.

11. Disclaimers

We provide the App "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these Terms, including that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. This does not limit any legal guarantee you have as a consumer, including the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content in the EU.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities, and our total liability to you for all claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Season Pro in the 12 months before the claim and [AMOUNT, e.g. EUR 50].

13. Ending these terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it; remember to cancel any subscription in your store account. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we stop offering the App, we will give reasonable notice where possible and handle refunds of active subscriptions as the store and the law require. Sections 5, 6 and 10 to 15 continue to apply after these Terms end.

14. Changes

We may change these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the App at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the App and cancel your subscription before then. Changes never reduce what a Lifetime purchase includes.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.

16. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Where these Terms do not cover something, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
